I Am Diane Arkwright.

With 37 years of social care, training, marketing and development expertise it is my mission to develop the Crossroads Social Care Academy to ensure we are the leading provider of social care training.

I will continue to build up excellent relationships with providers to ensure that the learning and development needs of their social care workforce is met.

MORE ABOUT ME:

My background working in the social care sector spans over 37 years. I have experience in managing a social care service, which provided valuable experience of both managing a social care service and front-line delivery of social care. I have over 15 years’ experience of assessing social care qualifications which includes L2, L3, L4 Diplomas in Adult Care. I also have over 25 years of management experience which has supported my occupational competency for assessing Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care. I am highly qualified to Masters level (Masters in Business Administration and LLM Masters in Information Rights, Law and Practice.

I am also skilled in developing, delivering and evaluating training.

I am a strategic thinker who possesses strong business acumen with a good grasp of how training directly affects the business. I am committed to ensuring that the training we deliver is innovative, flexible and affordable, delivering learning experiences that provide learners with the knowledge and practices to improve their skills.
